Customers & Delivery
How can I submit orders?
Once you are registered as a customer in our system, if you wish to have the option to place orders via our ordering portal, inform our sales representative or let us know via the contact page.
What are your working hours and delivery times?
Our Sales Representatives are on the road by 6:30am Monday to Friday. Delivery times would vary depending on distance from our warehouses.
Will you merchandise my store?
Absolutely!
Is there promotional deals available?
Our Brand partners establish various promotional programs throughout the year – ask your sales representative when we visit your location or reach out to us via the contact page.
Do you provide any merchandising equipment?
Yes. Please discuss with our sales representative – temporary and permanent stackers, and coolers are available.

Warehouse & Services
How many warehouses & service regions do you have?
Our main warehouse is in Brampton with additional locations in all provinces.
Can I have reserved storage?
This can be an option, please use the contact page to submit your request.
What product types do you warehouse?
We are a BRC and CFIA certified facility, with a focus on the beverage industry (all container types).
How can I pick up my product?
Pickups can take place at our larger facilities, Like Brampton, Vancouver, Hamilton, and Dartmouth – Just indicate Pick Up on the PO.
How can I view my inventory levels?
All Brand partners have access to their inventory and BOL’s via an on-line portal.
Do you use Chep pallets and perform pallets flips?
Chep pallets are always an option with a small fee if a pallet flip is required.
